London Garden

A complete transformation of a small terraced house garden in London. Good design, well planned drainage, long lasting block work and clever carpentry were all implemented to make a stylish and usable space in a trendy area of London. This was a little further than my usual commute and It was logistically challenging due to the lack of space and limited window of time. Nevertheless, the results have made it very worthwhile. The garden now features a freezer and storage shed (with roof that can be used to bathe in the last of the sun). Openable storage bench seats, rendered raised beds, a timber clad planter and a custom made table to suit. Paved flooring to come next….

A shed for outside storage and freezer with room for additional appliance…

…or a sunbathe worthy rooftop

Openable bench seats offering much needed garden storage

French drainage for the raised beds

Siberian Larch was used for all the exposed timber

A tight space to work in…
